Self protrait. I actually "dedicate" this to those ones that aren't brave enough to confess their love... And in the attempt... Say even bad words due nerviosism. [that happenned to me].

It says something like "Happy Saint-Idon'tcare." While dialog is something like "I fecking like you!". :D But no worries is actually kinda hard to translate exactly to english, and it's not so harsh. Holy mexicanisms. :D
