Hmm, mature filter just in case. it's not blood, teh lips are melting (some sort) . PFFFT. 
Supposed "self-protrait". Done without previous pencil sketch underneath, just directly painting with crazey brush with ink barrel.
Inspired on Die Krupps song "The vampire strikes back", the doubts and stuff.
